Salary

• the basic gross salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, experience and skills
• the award for work performance is determined based on the achieved annual goals and the evaluation
of the work by the team leader
• the award for business success and the Christmas bonus are determined based on the company’s business results

Duration of employment

Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Your challenges will be:

• Adaptation and implementation of new features and business requirements in the ServiceNow system
• Technical application support for the ServiceNow system of Raiffeisen Informatik and its customers
• Analysis, classification, processing of incidents, change requests and problems (ITIL)
• Coordination with software suppliers
• Installation of new software packages
• Participation in projects related to platform expansion and enhancement

We expect from you:

• A minimum of a V-level qualification in computer science or other fields
• At least 2 years of experience in application support
• Basic knowledge of at least one scripting programming language – JavaScript
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes desirable
• Good command of the English language (understanding, speaking and writing)
• Basic knowledge of German desirable (not a prerequisite)
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Teamwork
• Category B driving license
